The opportunity now exists for a strategic and dynamic leader to join our studio as the new Director of Talent. This new role is integral to the leadership team, providing strategic support to all Principals and reports directly to the Principal, Patricia Tewfik. The Director of Talent is expected to drive studio-wide talent management, development, recruitment and retention initiatives that foster a healthy workplace in alignment with Henriquez’s values and strategic objectives. As a mid-sized studio this role is equally as strategic as it is a hands-on role with both execution and production on a daily basis. This position has the direct administrative support of two full-time employees.
The ideal candidate is a strong HR generalist or talent leader who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and creative environment and has an interest in an organization with strong values and advancing social causes. Ideally, the successful individual will have previous experience and interest in talent programs such as recruitment, employee engagement, development and succession planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in both a tactical and strategic role.
