Two of our hotel projects have recently been featured in the Globe and Mail.

888 West Broadway is a two tower development that sits above a commercial podium, delivering approximately 500 rooms when complete; 516 West Pender is a 32-storey tower, providing almost 600 rooms for downtown Vancouver. These projects will bring much needed hotel rooms in Vancouver, where demand currently outstretches supply. A recent City Council motion passed in September should help accelerate the development of such hotel-oriented developments.
