Since joining Henriquez Partners in 2010, Payam has been applying his design talent through all phases of a project from conceptual design to construction administration. Payam gives his highest level of dedicated enthusiasm such that each project is able to achieve dynamic expression and interpretation of its unique cultural and contextual values. He is currently leading the Blood Alley project and was also a key team member on the York Theatre heritage revitalization, TELUS Garden, Joyce, and Cardero projects, and on WB1200 in Seattle. Originally from Iran, Payam holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Tehran. He is a member of the Iranian Construction Engineers Organization and is an AIBC registered architect.
