5207 Dundas, the largest CreateTO affordable rental project to begin construction, has received a 2024 BLT Built Design Award (Honorable Mention: Mixed-Use Building).

5207 Dundas is one of the first projects realized by Toronto’s Housing Now initiative. This transit-oriented affordable rental community builds density where existing infrastructure can support significant growth. Two towers emerge from a mid-rise podium, marking the key corners of the site.
