We’re excited to welcome two team members to our leadership team:
Brad McCoy as Director of Architecture and Max Senini as Associate.

Since joining Henriquez in 2011 Brad has been steadfastly committed to his projects and our studio. He has been integral to our most complex and iconic projects while simultaneously instrumental in implementing operational standards and processes to improve our efficiency, including the development of our Handbook of Practice.

Max joined Henriquez over nine years ago. He is a registered architect with demonstrated dexterity in all project phases from concept design for the European Cultural Centre’s 2025 Venice Biennale, through to Construction Administration his talent is invaluable to all the projects he has worked on.
