View from Subway looking West We’re proud to announce that our 5207 Dundas project has been selected in the Multi-Family Housing category of The 2025 International Architecture Awards.
Currently under construction, 5207 Dundas is one of the first projects delivered through Toronto’s Housing Now program. Inspired by honeycomb geometry, the transit-oriented development will provide 725 purpose-built rental homes, including 218 affordable units.
