Our proposed hotel at 2030 Barclay addresses Vancouver’s critical shortage of hotel rooms. Located in in the West End, the project will add much-needed capacity to support tourism, business, and the local economy.
Destination Vancouver reports that the city has lost nearly 13% of its hotel stock since 2002, leaving just 13,290 rooms in 2022. To meet future demand, 10,000 additional rooms will be required by 2050, making developments like 2030 Barclay essential to the city’s vitality.
