Blood Alley is recognized with a 2025 BLT Built Design Award in the Social Housing category! The project provides valuable affordable housing and market rental units in the heart of Gastown. Blood Alley conserves the heritage hotel facades on Cordova Street and is sensitively scaled to respond to the neighbourhood’s urban fabric, with its characteristic sawtooth block profile.
