Henriquez Awarded the 159 East Hastings Social Housing Project in the Downtown Eastside

Henriquez has been awarded the 159 East Hastings social housing project with the City of Vancouver (CoV). Located on the former Balmoral Hotel site in the Downtown Eastside, the building will provide over 130 homes to help address the city’s housing needs.

We’re honoured to collaborate with CoV’s Non-Market Housing Development department and BC Housing on this City-led development. In partnership with Rory Richards of NUQO Modular, we will deliver a building that embodies support, inclusivity, and reconciliation.
