Render showing Georgia + Abbott Indigenous-led public plaza at the Georgia Street site.

Georgia + Abbott has been featured in Newsweek, showcasing its transformative vision for Vancouver’s downtown core. Drawing on the structural ingenuity of BC’s ancient Hexactinellid sponges, the towers’ sculptural forms combine ecological performance with a distinctly Vancouver approach to vertical urbanism.

Anchored at a major transit node, the three sites will deliver a vibrant mix of housing, social amenities, hotel, and cultural spaces – creating a connected, inclusive, and dynamic downtown.

Quick facts:

  • 1,939 new homes, including 378 social housing units
  • 920-room hotel with public rooftop observation deck
  • 70,000 ft2 conference centre
  • Public plaza with Indigenous-led art program
  • Indigenous art gallery
  • Childcare
