Mirvish Village has been selected as a finalist in the 2026 Metropolis Magazine Planet Positive Awards in the Mixed-Use category.

The project marks a shift in Toronto city-building with a new development model that integrates rental housing, vibrant public spaces, and retail. This 4.5-acre redevelopment of the former Honest Ed’s site creates a comprehensive community that addresses all aspects of sustainability, including social, cultural, financial, and environmental.

The Planet Positive Awards celebrate the projects, ideas, and people advancing a more sustainable and equitable built environment. Winners will be announced on September 30 in San Francisco during the formal awards ceremony.
