We’re honoured to announce that 2444 Eglinton has received a 2025 Green Good Design Award for Green Architecture.
Our new design features a dynamic colour array applied to the exterior face of the building. Colour-stained reinforced precast concrete panels and inset coloured mosaic tiles animate the facade, referencing nature and multicoloured flint corn grown in Ontario.
The development will be Canada’s largest co-op housing development in a generation. This transit-oriented project introduces over 900 new homes, split equally among co-op market rentals, co-op affordable rentals and market condominiums.
Inspired by the contrast between the harsh urban surroundings and the tranquility of the adjacent greenspace, 2444 Eglinton is steps away from one of the Greater Toronto Area’s busiest transit nodes.
