“Kennedy Green at 2444 Eglinton sets a new standard for co-op housing in Canada. After 50 years of supporting the co-op movement in Toronto, we’ve built on our experience and delivered world-class design to set the stage for a renaissance of co-op housing. With this new momentum, CHFT is focused on making co-ops a well-known and accessible housing option for a new generation.” – Tom Clement, Executive Director, Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto

Construction is underway for our Kennedy Green project, adjacent to Kennedy GO and TTC Station. The transformative CreateTO development will deliver a diverse mix of co-op market rentals, affordable co-op units, and market condominiums.

With landscape design by CCxA, the project incorporates a geothermal energy system, meets Toronto Green Standard v4 Tier 2, and is the City’s first project to apply the One Planet Living Framework, setting a new benchmark for sustainable co-op housing in Toronto.
