Madison values the collaborative culture at Henriquez and is passionate about creating high-quality, equitable, and resilient spaces. He enjoys problem-solving and is an active member of the Sustainability Committee, which is focused on advancing ecological design practices toward a more resilient, adaptable, and regenerative built environment. Since joining in 2022 Madison has worked on numerous iconic projects in various phases.
Madison is an intern architect with a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia, where he received the RAIC Student Medal for the highest level of academic excellence. Madison values Henriquez’s dedication to social responsibility, particularly in projects that use the rezoning process to deliver public benefits and foster equitable city growth.
