
Since joining in 2017 Max has made invaluable contributions on significant Henriquez projects in all project phases including Mirvish Village, Oakridge, Main Alley Campus, and the 2025 Venice Biennale exhibition. He values the studio’s commitment to socially responsible design and the collaborative culture that supports it. He approaches architecture as a creative search for clarity and meaning – grounded in observation, guided by care, and shaped by ethical responsibility.
Max has been recognized nationally for his design talents, receiving both the RAIC Gold Medal and the AAA President’s Medal, and was nominated for the 2016 Prix de Rome. Max is a registered architect with the AIBC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Concordia University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Calgary.
