Patricia is a Principal at Henriquez who brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic advisor and financial decision maker. She stewards both Henriquez Partners and Archeology Development Advisory services’ strategy, finances, resources and business development. Over the past twelve years she has fostered an environment and business rigor that has contributed to the studio’s culture, evolution and continued success.

Prior to joining Henriquez, Patricia led UBC’s Strategic Decision Support team overseeing a $400m budget, advising the Executive of a $2-billion organization on strategic projects and transformation. Previously in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance group, she provided financial advisory services for the banking sector, primarily in developing countries and on special engagements in collaboration with the World Bank and McKinsey & Company.

Patricia supports various not-for-profit organizations and has been invited to participate in the UNHCR’s first all Women Leadership Forum. She has co-authored and edited various award winning publications and exhibits including, Henriquez’s Ghetto for the 2021 ECC Venice Biennale.

Patricia holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria, is a Certified Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
