Since joining the Toronto studio in 2023, Rita has contributed to projects in Vancouver and Toronto. Passionate about interdisciplinary design, she also teaches technical after hours, nurturing future designers. Rita values Henriquez’s emphasis on fostering community through its projects and its collaborative, approachable studio culture.
She holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Toronto Metropolitan University, where she received recognition as a recipient of prestigious scholarships and medals, including the QEII-GSST, Ontario Graduate Scholarship and the Alpha Rho Chi Medal.
