Shenpei is currently working in our Toronto studio, having joined Henriquez in 2017. He values the studio’s collaborative approach, creating designs that balance functional needs with broader social goals and is eager to contribute to projects that foster community and inclusivity Passionate about the intersection of architecture and emerging technologies, he is inspired by AI innovations and sustainable systems. He has worked on various project phases from Schematic design through to Construction Documentation and his work has been featured at the ECC Venice Biennale.
Prior to joining Henriquez, Shenpei was nominated for the RIBA President’s Medal and the EUMiesAward’s Young Talent Architecture Award. Originally from East London, Shenpei holds a Professional Diploma in Architecture RIBA Part II from the United Kingdom and is an intern architect with the OAA.
