Our 1300 Robson project, the Listel Hotel redevelopment, has recently been profiled in Daily Hive.

Currently under construction, the mixed-use development will introduce a new hotel operated by Listel Hospitality Group, alongside 133 purpose-built market rental homes above (levels 12 to 26). The 29-storey tower will include 183 hotel rooms (levels 2 to 11) and a restaurant at grade on Robson Street. Developed in partnership with Bosa Properties, the project reflects the City of Vancouver’s evolving policy environment, which supports mixed-use hotel and residential development.
