Blood Alley has been shortlisted in the 2026 WAN Awards for Affordable Housing!

The development delivers 142 rental units to Gastown, Vancouver, including 80 affordable. It conserves the historic façades of the former Stanley and New Fountain Hotels while adding a new street wall and mid-rise tower. The streetscape’s scale and proportions honour the neighbourhood’s heritage, with height variations responding to the neighbourhood’s distinctive sawtooth block profile.
