Our purpose-built rental tower in Vancouver’s West End – Pendrell – has been recognized as a finalist for the 2022 Architizer A+Awards (in the Multi Unit Housing High Rise 16+ Floors category).

Help Pendrell win a People’s Choice award, competing against four other shortlisted entries in this category, from around the globe.

Here’s how to vote (polling is open until May 27):

  • Go to: https://www.architizerawards.com/a/page/vote-now
  • Login or create an account (social accounts like Facebook or LinkedIn can be used to login).
  • Select category (click the ‘All’ icon on the top right and scroll to the relevant categories).
  • Select the green ‘vote’ button below Pendrell, then hit the ‘confirm vote’ button.

A backdrop to the vibrant seawall waterfront, Pendrell contributes 173 critically needed purpose-built rentals to the West End – one of Vancouver’s most densely populated and low-vacancy neighbourhoods. This includes 26 units secured as affordable rentals, and an overall unit mix ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments (approximately half of all units comprising family-sized, two- or three-bedroom units), ensuring this inclusive new development supports a diverse demographic.
